Rats- missed this- I have 4 trees that really need pruning! 3 of the trees produce wonderful apples and I have no idea what kind they are.

A Great experience. From an overall evaluation of the tree down to imagining leaf cover and fruit load. Visualizing stresses throughout the branching network. Considering the trees reaction to my actions. Making cuts that benefit the tree and the owner. Knowing and saying why for each cut. Planning future cuts and keeping records. Tools and their proper use and care. To How to keep cuttings for grafting. David is able to share his knowledge and his passion. Thank you.

Snow Storm Planning: If the snow looks to be more and 1" or 2" on Saturday, I am willing to move the workshop to Sunday. I will make the decision on Friday in the late afternoon. This might also help those who will be cleaning up from Thursday's storm.
