Utah Haskell - Build a JSON API

For our first Utah Haskell meetup, we'll all get set up and installed, then build a simple JSON API using Scotty. Bring your laptop and go home a Haskell programmer. We'll be using a casual hands-on format where we mentor and help each other. See you there!
