Machine Learning & Clojure: Why BigML loves Clojure

Details
BigML (https://bigml.com/) offers a machine learning web service with a friendly user interface. To build this, BigML has taken advantage of both Clojure and ClojureScript throughout our software stack.
We'll talk about how we use these technologies for not only our back-end computations and front-end visualizations, but also as the foundation of our own scripting language for data processing. Finally, we'll review a few of our open source projects which may be of interest to anyone who handles streaming or big data with Clojure.
Bio: Adam Ashenfelter is a co-founder and hacker at BigML, Inc. He lives in Corvallis, Oregon and spends his time using Clojure to make machine learning tasks more accessible for non experts.
