This group was created for local San Diego artists who are interested in making glass beads and playing with melting glass. I would love to get together and provide an opportunity for everyone to demonstrate their techniques and watch the talent glow. I offer mini bonus classes that offer lampwork refining techniques such as perfecting dots, stringer control, blowing shards, encasing techniques, millefiore applications, and more.

 

About the Organizer

Christina Cole has been lamp working since 1997 and teaching since 2000.  She was a member of a lampworking group in Northern California several years ago and loves the glass community.  She created a nice group of supportive, talented, friendly, sharing, silly, down-to-earth fellow artists who would like to get together for fun and growth.
