Meet people who are interested in making connections with artists, art enthusiasts, and everyone in between. Come join us beyond the glitter to see what's offered in Las Vegas besides “The Strip”.

The Contemporary Arts Center is located in the Arts Factory building, and our Meetup volunteers will host events that celebrate the entire 18b Arts District in downtown Las Vegas.  We want a group that talks about and participates in exhibitions, meets artists, curators, critics, choreographers, techies, performers, musicians, and others who have the same interests. What are other artists creating? Do you want to hear them talk about their process? Interested in seeing what happens when people from multiple mediums collaborate?  Meet fellow art lovers in your local area.

Every month we will gather for Preview Thursday and/or First Friday.  Then we'll sprinkle in events around the Arts District, like Poets on the Patio, Drink & Draw,  Neighborhood Living Room,  Painters and Poets Jam, live music, classes, and volunteer opportunities.  If you would like to host events, please contact us about becoming a Meetup Event Organizer.

Founded in 1989, the Contemporary Arts Center is a non-profit 501(c)3 art organization dedicated to presenting new, high quality, visual, and performing art, while striving to build, educate, and sustain audiences for contemporary art. The CAC strives to provide a place where artist can learn about best practices, test new ideas in the public arena, and connect with fellow artists within and beyond our own community.
