What is Laughter Yoga?

Laughter Yoga is the combination of
Laughter exercises (unconditional laughter based on everyday situations, rather than on jokes or comedy)

The US Navy uses Laughter Yoga to help veterans to treat Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome.
