A.S.T. March Viewing Night at Clarendon

Hosted By
Michael B.

Details
Our first night at Clarendon for the year. Hopefully we will have clear skies and good early evening views of Jupiter (setting around 10.30pm).
The Southern Cross and Argo Navis (Carina, Vela and Pupis) will be higher in the sky giving us some great views of Eta Carina and surrounding star clusters, not to forget our favorite globulars Omega Centauri and 47 Tucanae. Also Orion should still be visible setting in the west .
Please bring $5 per adult head donation for Clarendon and supper is provided.
Hope to see you there.http://photos3.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/5/2/9/6/event_181101142.jpeg
