Lean Startup methods are often touted as the path forward for every single business but the question is: can they really be applied to life sciences? In this workshop, you will get an understanding of the general principles of lean methodology and when it would be appropriate to apply them and when it wouldn't.
We will look in depth at the parallels between the SBIR process and lean methodologies and how Lean can be used to strengthen your SBIR submission.
