Launch NJ Entrepreneur Tank!

On April 29th at 6:30pm, Launch NJ will be hosting our Entrepreneur Tank event alongside the Drew University Business School Shark Tank event!

The night will be a great networking and learning experience as we will have three entrepreneurs from the community pitching their startups. After the pitches we will conclude the night with an after party in Mead Hall at Drew University!

The event will function similarly to Shark Tank, but instead of entrepreneurs pitching their startups for funding, they will be pitching their startups to get valuable feedback on their business and pitch. We put entrepreneurs in front of a panel of experts from many different disciplines (CEO, CFO, Marketing, Legal, Investing, Tech, etc…), give them 10 minutes to pitch their startup, we then have 20 minutes of feedback from the panel in regards to their pitch and business, and then 5 minutes of Q&A with the audience. The added value with the event is that we will also have an audience in attendance watching the process, and we hope that this will create an event where the community can learn alongside the entrepreneurs as they develop their pitches and startups.

Schedule:

6:30pm - 7:00pm Open networking and food

7:00pm - 8:45pm Startup pitches and feedback

8:45pm - 9:30pm After party in Mead Hall

Directions:

The event will be held at Brothers College at Drew University. The address for Drew is 36 Madison Avenue, Madison NJ. Attendees should park in Tilghman Parking lot, and walk across campus to the Brothers College building. From 6:30 to 7:00pm the event will be held in the lobby of the building, and once the pitches start we will transition to the building’s lecture rooms. A campus map can be found below:
