Learn How To Enjoy Running Your Business For Long-Term Growth & Profitability

Bio Of Presenter:  Brian Turchin is CEO/Founder of Cape Horn Strategies, Cape Horn Strategies, a consultancy devoted to helping CEOs create vibrant and flourishing businesses. Turchin has helped dozens of CEOs successfully  proceed from one business life cycle stage to another. He has helped start-ups become growing profitable businesses. He has helped more mature businesses scale into a much larger business dealing with topics like business strategy, sales, leadership, organization, funding and acquisitions. And he has helped CEOs sell their businesses. Complementing this work, Brian Turchin is a CEO and Executive Coach.

Turchin is also on the Board of LaunchpadLI, is an angel investor, and runs both the LISTnet CEO Council as well as NYTECH CEO Roundtable.

In this presentation he addresses these entrepreneur/founder frustrations:-- Lack of control - Feeling like the business is running you not the other way around-- People – No feeling the urgency you do, not being accountable for what they say they will do, not taking initiative-- Profit – Not enough-- Growth – Can't seem to  break through to the next level

This presentation is for CEOs/Entrepreneurs of businesses with 10 to 250 employees. Learn about a complete system with simple tools to help you do three things I call Vision, Traction, Healthy:

-- Vision: Gets your leadership team 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how to get there.
-- Traction: Helps your leaders become more disciplined and accountable executing really well to achieve every part of your vision.
-- Healthy: Helps your leadership team become a healthy functional, cohesive leadership team because, unfortunately, leaders don't often function well as a team
From there as your leadership team goes so does the rest of your organization: meaning your entire organizations becomes crystal clear on vision, all much more disciplined and accountable in executing vision, gaining no consistent traction, and advancing as a healthy, functional, cohesive team.

Good information. Good meeting. Learned something.

I wonder how many companies could deal with the transparency.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
