Welcome Faux Chefs

Le Faux Chef Cooking School is located in Chandler, AZ. It is a cooking school for the domestic gourmet or budding enthusiast. Classes are held in a private home taught by a fellow domestic faux chef who has attended various culinary classes and schools in France and the United States. Many hours were spent observing and learning from Chef Dominique owner of Marigold's Cafe and Bakery in Colorado Springs.

Faux Chef Linda has lived throughout the United States as well as traveled and lived abroad from Berlin to Beijing for the past 30 years. She has studied nutrition for the same 30 years and works closely with Ph.D. nutritionists and professional Chefs to provide the best recipes and instruction for her students.

Classes are usually scheduled for Saturdays to accommodate students who cannot attend during the week days. Week day and evening classes are available upon request. Private classes can be arranged for you and your friends with a minimum of 5 students.

Faux Chef Linda continues her culinary education on a regular basis attending classes at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley as well as France and Italy. She continually seeks out instruction from local Chefs in the East Valley to gain insight and instruction.

Being of Italian decent Faux Chef Linda is a natural in the kitchen and is highly recommended by her family and friends.

**Membership to Le Faux Chef Cooking School on Meetup is free. However, Fees will be applied and payment expected in advance to reserve your place for the scheduled classes and events to cover food costs, supplies and services. Classes are open to the public and promoted on other Meetup groups associated with the organizer and are not exclusive to this group only.
