Lean Startup Circle Boston is proud to announce that the March Meetup will be a special presentation by David Skok, General Partner at Matrix Partners. David will discuss the 9 steps required to scale your Sales and Marketing operations to meet the demands of a growing startup.

David Skok's talk was excellent - extremely valuable insights on building a powerful sales and marketing machine, and being able to measure and improve it.

Good insight about sales and marketing. If B2C piece can be covered separately, that will be more valuable, though the same idea can be used in both business.

David Skok was a great speaker and the content was very wise, relevant, informative, and perhaps most importantly - actionable. It was great that David stayed long after his talk to speak with anyone who approached him.

I had already read all of David's posts on forentrepreneurs.com. While the material David covered in the meetup was familiar, it was very helpful to hear his distillation of the crucial points. David's a charming and effective speaker and, given his expertise in this important topic, my attention was riveted. I relished the Q&A session and, in addition to David's words, I appreciated John Prendergast's contribution to the discussion.

David's presentation and Q&A was a great intro for me to this meetup. Looking forward to making it to more of the meetings, assuming travel schedule allows. For anyone interested in ongoing discussions on Lean Startups - my office is in the CIC, would love to meetup outside of the Meetup, and talk shop.

Unfortunately not. It turns out to be a challenge to set up streaming at N.E.R.D.
