Fantastic insights Ian. Thanks! You really communicated the message simply
"1. Create quality blog content to drive traffic to your site
    2. Have a plan (not just using Social media for the sake of it!)
    3. Know your audience & the influencers you want to attract"

Thanks Ian for an exceptional presentation and to Mary for organising it. This was a really great session. Packed with valuable, pertinent information and delivered in a very audience friendly way. As someone who values real personal connections I have had concerns that having 250,000 connections de-personalises real people but thanks to Ian's pragmatic and clear explanations I can see that it doesn't have to be so. Social Media used correctly is both a great business tool and a way to develop real and important connections. I learned a lot in a very short time. If the e-book is worth $50, that presentation was well worth €500.. Now for some nice emails... :)

That was really great. I was a little sceptical beforehand, thinking that it was just going to be a talk about the basics of twitter and fb... but he really got deep into the advanced detail. I'm going to be using a lot of those tools! Thanks Ian, and thanks Mary for organising!

I'll be away as well. If it will be possible to have slides or audio it would be nice.

Would like to know how to build from zero upwards. i.e. for a brand new social media campaign for a startup. Not for a startup with considerable traction online already.
