Lean Team Building - Culture and Leadership

This event is produced by the Business Model Competition (BMC), which is a lean team competition not an idea/pitch competition. Teams can sign up even without a business idea to learn what it takes to win at entrepreneurship and innovation. The team that can show the quickest way to collect the most fact (learning) for having found a repeatable and scalable way to sell a new product or service to real customers WINS.

Final is held at the Oma Yritys 2014 fair 18th-19th March 2014 and the winning team will go to the International finals held early May 2014 at one of the best universities in the US (Stanford, Harvard, Brigham Young).

Great idea and very good event! Just keep organising more like these, maybe with even a bit shorter presentations (like 10 mins/presenter - I had worked already 10 hours before coming there... :)

Hi Paavo! Thank you for your feedback. Next time we can try to implement that. I'd say that interaction is the key here. So 10 min / presenter and more time for Q&A session which could be about 10-15 min.

Sounds good! Yes I think there could be a bit more space for QA and all kinds of unexpected stuff. Maybe short break (5-10 min) in the middle would be good as well.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
