Creating the perfect team for your startup is a complicated but vital aspect of growing your business. In the panel discussion we will explore the different options you as a founder have to get the skills your startup needs and how to organise those skills so you achieve the success you strive for. Should you for example be looking for a co-founder or would hiring a freelancer suffice? What should you look for in a co-founder or an early employee? How do you create the right culture in your team?
Speaker Bio:
Didier ElzingaDidier Elzinga is the CEO & Founder of Culture Amp - building software to help organisations craft better workplaces. He was previously the CEO of Rising Sun Pictures (one of the worlds leading Hollywood visual effects companies) and founder of Rising Sun Research (winner of a Technical Acadamy Award). He is a non executive director at Tourism Australia, Slingsby Theatre Company (children's theatre company), The Atlassian Foundation (charitable organisation created by the founders of Atlassian) and The Alfred Research Foundation (charitable organisation to fund research at the Alfred Hospital).
