Customer Interviews with David Busby

Details

In the Lean Startup BUILD-MEASURE-LEARN Loop, it is critical to get out of the building (and out of your head) and talk to real potential customers. How do you engage people to talk to you about the projects you are working on? Can you use any tools to help you find potential initial customers? What can you to do to help form your business ideas and to gain traction with your first customer?

http://photos3.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/4/2/c/e/600_285197102.jpeg David Busby is the CEO of Edoceo and provides support services to Open Source communities. Along the way he has run many experiments to explore new business ideas. His previous talk for LSS about using Mechanical Turk for customer development was a description of one of his experiments. He is also the technical co-founder of Discuss.io, which is aiming at the Qualitative Survey Market.

Come join us in a discussion about the customer interview process.

Lean Startup Seattle is for anyone interested in the application of Lean Startup Principles and the Customer Development process developed by Steve Blank and refined by Eric Ries. We are bringing the Seattle Lean Startup community together in a variety of formats to learn from each other.
