From Topic to Title: Startup Content Strategy

Details

Did you know you may use content marketing to build your audience, establish brand credibility and drive traffic and conversions?

A great content strategy will establish clarity, credibility and consistency around your brand message. Plus, the audience you attract through quality content may be used to generate traction and buzz even before you launch.

Join us for a one-hour workshop in lean content strategy. Misty Weaver, one of Seattle’s top content strategists, will present best practices and content strategy theory. Kelsye Nelson, co-founder of marketplace Writer.ly (http://writer.ly/), will counter with tips on how startups may “hack” these content strategy best practices with extremely limited resources, time and money.

Through discussion, real-world examples and hands-on activity, we’ll explore goal setting, how to create a writing rhythm, and working within CMS and social media constraints. You’ll leave this workshop with a understanding of how content marketing can serve your startup goals, as well as a clear starting point for developing your own strategy.
