We have seen that the use of Kanban as a way to manage projects and time can be helpful. Startup Weekend teams which are able to use Kanban perform better. Having worked with Jim Benson, we see that we can use Kanban to manage the flow of issues and questions in a conversation.
The meetup will be focused on the Lean Canvas and the issues around implementing the Lean Canvas for your startup ideas. We will use Kanban to organize the conversation.
