Details:

The monthly meeting kicks off with a short talk from a guest speaker (TBA) from an established company, or someone from this group , presenting their solutions and sharing their experience using the process.

Next we will have a series of 1-minute pitches from attendees. Be sure to mention where you are in the startup process and what you need.

For the group activity, attendees organize into teams, and works on a lean startup related activity. The activity is different every month.

The Lean Startup activity will help promotes a problem-centric approach to business ideation. By continuously validating and invalidating assumptions, teams are forced to pivot their solution (and even problem) toward a true customer pain rather than creating a solution and after-the-fact seeking customers with a problem.
