Tactical Nugget Dance Off

We digested the feedback from the last meeting and we're trying a new format. In the spirit of getting super tactical and actionable and cramming most useful info in limited time, Matt and I are going to do a "Tactical Dance Off." If you've ever seen Zoolander then you know how a dance off works. We'll trade three rounds of 3min sessions each showing the most valuable tools, tips & tricks we can think of to help advance one's cause. Our goal is to provide the most dense informative session possible.

The second part of the meeting will be doing like we did last time and doing a round table format where we take whatever is the biggest obstacle for each person's venture and see if we can collectively provide insight to knock it down. Before we kick into this we'll go once around to see where everyone stands on their one personal todo from last meeting.

*NOTE: this time the meeting is on last Tues of month (usually it's last Wed but we're getting crazy this time and changing it).
