The Gamification of Learning

Details
The 4th meetup of the Learning Tech Labs series will focused on Gamification!
We aim to answer the questions:
• What is Gamified learning?
• Does it improve engagement rates, and knowledge retention?
• Does it have a measurable impact on performance?
Join us on Wednesday, 9th March at 6.30pm to get insights into this field, and discuss new ideas and the future of learning.

Paul Hutson - Night Zookeeper (https://www.nightzookeeper.com/)
Night Zookeeper, an educational website & drawing application for children in the 4 - 11 age group, create digital experiences for children as rich in creative possibilities as a sheet of paper. They turn children from largely passive consumers of online entertainment into a community of creators, awakening imaginations and unlocking creative potential around the world.
Through their online game children are inspired to read, write and create, while teachers can track and assess the progress with ease.
