We meet once a week in theEast Village in a restaurant on Second Avenue where the wine is great and the fabulous appetizer buffet is free! We meet for one and a half hours, to practice our Italian conversation skills. A basic knowledge of Italian is a must -- anywhere from Advanced Beginner to Intermediate would be the minimum. I know from teaching Italian for the past fifteen years that no one can get enough practice in with just one group lesson a week, so here's a chance to practice speaking between lessons, if you're a student, or just to keep it up if you're already advanced. You do not have to be a student of mine, but if you would like to take a refresher course so that you are ready to join a conversation group, you can sign up for lessons on my website: www.italianLessons.info/

ONly those who have  subscribed to  a monthly membership or single membership  to the group and who have answered all the profile questions will be able to participate in our conversation group.  This is to defray expenses, keep the group to a comfortable size, and offer some nice refreshment. 

A monthly membership is $25 and an individual ticket for one group meeting is $10.
