What we’re about
Welcome to the Lehigh Valley Cycling Club's Meetup Calendar. Here we list our cycling events, and some non-cycling fun as well. Our recreational, social rides are available at various paces and will take you mostly around the counties of Lehigh and Berks. We are blessed to experience the beauty that makes up this part of Pennsylvania.
While we are happy to see so many take an interest in our Ride Calendar, following here does not grant LVCC membership. We would be thrilled to have you all become dues paying LVCC members! Here are some of the benefits:
* We offer a full schedule of road and off-road rides for all levels.
* Bike shop discounts
* Insurance coverage for uncovered expenses if involved in a LVCC ride incident
* Monthly Grill 'n' Chill and annual Picnic
* Annual Holiday Party
* Overnight/weekend cycling trips
* Last but not least, LVCC is host to the now-famous Donut Derby!
Please see our website lvcycling.club for more information and contact info.
Keep up to date with our "Latest News" LVCC blog, linked from the main menu on the site.

Wednesday morning should be okay to ride if the rain either gets out of here or holds off. Check at nine to see if the ride is on or any changes.
Meet at Weisenberg Park at ten and ride through the Hawk Valley Wanamakers for a brief or long stop. The route is 40 miles with 2000 ft of climbing and I plan to average about 14 to 15 mph or a B pace by LVCC standards. All are welcome, but please have the route if you plan to go faster or slower. Here's the route: WP to Wanamakers 40 Miles. There are lots of ways to shorten this ride and Dave Moser will find them.
In case of any issues, my cell number is 610 909 4679. Lunch at Demarcos after the ride for those interesteed.
Check back at 9:00 before you leave for the ride in case of any changes.
Everyone must wear a helmet and individually sign the LVCC Waiver Release, which I will have with me, to ride with us. Joining Meetup and responding to this event is not a substitute for signing the waiver and if you ride more than 1 time on my rides, you should formally join the LVCC before riding again.
