January Meeting

Hello,
hope 2013 started well for everybody. My New Year's resolution is more regular meetings.So here is the mail to organize a January Meetup.
In february Herbert Matschinger will talk about IRT (Item Response Theory, eRm package in R und gllamm in STATA). A big thanks to him.
For january I still have not found someone who wants to speak. It would be nice if someone would have something to present (and give a notice about to me).
If there is nobody out there I would suggest the following:
2011 I participated in a R course on Epidemiology at the IARC in Lyon (it is a yearly course - http://www.iarc.fr/en/education-training/R/, R package: epi). Long term follow up and time splitting methods were useful for my work in the SAGhE Project (I worked there for 3 years - http://saghe.aphp.fr) - so if this would be ok, i would prepare some slides about the time splitting in long term follow up with the Epi package. But I would much (more) appreciate any alternatives, I do not want to bother anybody with my stuff....
