Presentation on Transitional Fossils

Most of us consider evolution to be an important scientific theory, but there's a lot that the average person doesn't know about it. This Tuesday, the NYC Less Wrong meetup will have a guest presentation by Alf Kamin, a paleontology student who'll be presenting on transitional fossils:

"I'll be showing how some of the more recently discovered fossils should be interpreted through a Darwinian framework, there is great confusion when it comes to intermediate species, yet the earth's rocks are littered with literally thousands of example.
