DANCING IS AN EXCELLENT WAY TO EXERCISE!

Our Dance Classes provide an opportunity to learn Bollywood and Belly Dancing and to mingle in a fun festive atmosphere, and more importantly, to reaffirm the significance of regular exercise as one of the means available to women to reduce the risk of Breast Cancer. All our dance teachers are professional instructors. We encourage women of all ages to participate in the dance classes.

Regular dancing as a form of strenuous exercise reduces the risk of Breast Cancer in women of all ages. The intention of this group is to organize dance classes, dance events, and dance competitions by encouraging dancing as a means to fight breast cancer. All women are welcome to this meetup group. 

The concept "Let's Beat Cancer by Dacing" is initiated by MISSION GREEN LIGHT, a nonprofit organization committed in serving the underprivileged and unisured women with free breast cancer screening and free breast health education.
