All ages and levels of physical ability are welcome. There are no fancy poses and no jokes or comedy is involved. There's plenty of free parking at both venues. Linda and Bill Hamaker are Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers and have trained with the Indian physician, Dr. Madan Kataria, who created Laughter Yoga plus are also graduates of the American School of Laughter Yoga. You will leave the session feeling relaxed, energized and full of joy and happiness!
