This group is for runners of all abilities. Anyone training for a race....or just training for life, should come out and join us.
Would like to start out by having 1 group run during the week to see what the interest is like and from there we can increase the number of our runs. Our runs will be a minimum of 3miles, anyone interested in putting in more miles can stick around for more!
