Welcome and who wants to have fun?

Greetings everyone who is a member of this group..I'm the organizer of the Coffee Culture Conversation group and I'm posting this message on July 4th...

The original organizer of this group Amy Madama has stepped down on July 2nd and the group would have basically just died out if nobody stepped in. Since the intent of this group is to make friends, I didn't want to see people disappointed about not having that opportunity.

While I haven't had a conversation with Amy about what her original intent was for this group, over the next few days I will work with some of you to re-define, re-energize and rescue this group and put it back on track. We've got a great successful Coffee Culture Conversation group and I'd like to see this group head in that same successful direction.

At a very basic level, we can safely say that the group should involve friends getting together and having a good time with dinner, music, dancing and general merriment. The intent is to build friendships at all levels. Lets start there and we shall see how this group evolves!
