First Scene Making Bash

Details
Hello Everyone,
Exciting times. So tomorrow (Wednesday 20th) we'll meet to make our first scene. Below is a link to a spreadsheet that includes your name, your experience, Interest, equipment you may be bringing and the role you are happy to take on the day. The role assigned on the night may have to be quite flexible. So hopefully you'll be open to new and unfamiliar experiences. Please make sure you fill it in. Will only take a minute: IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST, PLEASE ADD YOURSELF

I'd like to propose the following as a general plan for the night, subject to change:
We will gather in the Barbican Foyer from 7 and I will bring a sign with me. Please don't be later than 7:30. Hopefully after an initial discussion we will be heading out of Barbican by 8:30. So again please don't be late because you may not find the group.
Depending on the actual numbers on the night, we will create small groups to shoot the same scene with different equipment and crew. On this occasion, we don't have permission to shoot in the street in groups larger than 4, so we'll have to work within these limitations, which might actually boost our creativity :)
We'll branch out, shoot the scene and then get together to see and discuss them. Any Editors out there, we will need your help at this stage, so if you can bring laptops, please do so. I have Lightworks on my computer, which I will bring.
I will bring in a few scenes on this occasion and then we'll see how things go. Luckily there is no forecast for rain tomorrow night.
There is a pub nearby called Jugged Hare that we should be able to go to after the shoot to go over the scenes and maybe even have a drink.
Let's see how things go. See you all tomorrow and looking forward to it.
