This is a meetup group for parents of young children who would like their children to be part of an open and accepting, caring, and liberal, community.
The goal is for like minded parents to meet, and get to know each other, also for the kids to find new friends as well...And of course to exchange babysitting!
I was thinking that we could create credits, each parent would then pay with these credits to have somebody from the group babysit. That way everyone would more or less end up babysitting the same amount.
We could also meet perhaps once a month or so all the parents and kids could hang out together.
