Let's Talk About How to Make LLWL a National Organization

This month we reached three milestones: we are celebrating our second year in Texas, we now have 8 chapters, and we have just passed our 1000 member mark! I had no idea my little lunch group would develop into a movement, but it's time to think about how we can improve it and give the gift of liberal lunches to other women in Texas and other red states. It's time to give some real thought to how we can grow this organization and become a force in liberal politics on a local, state and national level.
If you would like to help grow our vision, please join us for discussion and fun. We can build this organization into something that politicians will have to take notice of, and we can help turn Texas blue forever. If Texas is blue, the White House will be blue for generations!
Saturday we will meet and discuss our vision and how to grow your own chapter, and Saturday evening we will party with our liberal gal pals. That meetup will be posted later.
Please join us.
All the best,
Annette Maxberry-Carrara, FounderLiberal Ladies Who Lunch-TM

Also, please notice the time has changed to 1:00. This is not a lunch event.

I'm so looking forward to seeing everybody. Be advised that this is a working meeting (although we plan fun for later in the evening), and we have a limited space. If you change your mind about coming, please be kind enough to change your RSVP, so someone else can take your spot. See y'all there!

Dang it! A group function on a weekend! Too bad this wasn't posted a day or two earlier as I already have a prior engagement.

One place it says Satuday at noon is the meeting, then in the description, it mentions Friday at the meeting date. Please clarify?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
