Thanks for joining the Libertarian Entrepreneurs meet up! It's great to know there are like minded people in LA - I've really enjoyed meeting everyone.
Format Reminder: At each meeting we do a quick introduction. Then each person talks about their particular venture, so the group can learn about it, offer feedback and assist with contacts or advice. Anyone reading an interesting book is welcome to give a short book report about what they've learned (generally about free market economics or libertarianism). We end with an open discussion geared towards business/investing opportunities, history, current affairs, economics, etc.
For those coming to the meetup today, I would recommend bringing a jacket, as it may be a little chilly on the patio outside of Starbucks.
For those who can't make it today, I hope to meet you sometime in the near future!
"Big Tent" liberty associations are fantastic and serve a very important functions or networking and education. However, The Society of Libertarian Entrepreneurs has been specifically created, not as an educational group, but as a haven for those rare people who are well educated in libertarian philosophy and passionate about thriving in a peaceful and productive manner. In the end, the material and spiritual success of Libertarian Entrepreneurs is the most potent form of education - leading by example.
This meetup is an opportunity for like-minds to find each other, hang out, network and share ideas.
