Thomas Samuel Stringer has arranged a private screening of the cult Orwellian comedy Brazil.
Brazil's bureaucratic, totalitarian government is reminiscent of the government depicted in George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four, except that it has a buffoonish, slapstick quality and lacks a Big Brother figure.
You should buy tickets on Eventbrite, or RSVP to get one on the door:
The film starts at 10:30 and there is ample opportunity to sit and/or drink before and afterwards.
This is a third-party event.
