How it is going from this side...

Folks,

I have been having a good time on this side with lots of work getting done and lots of play as well. If you have been keeping up with me the you certainly know that I have also been taking in some American football games. Good ones too!

I have been more than a little disturbed to say the least that the Nobel Peace Prize went to Barack Obama, a man who has accomplished nothing to deserve such a prize. But then again, he wasn't so accomplished when our electorate decided to award him the presidency either.

Mike Luckovich had a great cartoon that highlights what I think about the situation.

Anyway, I am keeping my chin up!

Just an update on how the Libertarians Abroad social media site is going... Well, there are four of our own group who have already signed up and we have people who have joined in Korea, Mexico and Costa Rica as well. I am sure more and more will slowly join until it hits a critical mass and starts to move on its own. George Whitfield in Korea has started a Libertarians Abroad group in Seoul on the site and I have started a Free State Project group as well as a Campaign for Liberty group. Most of the content has been from me so far except for some by Mark Frazier in Costa Rica. But that will come. I have noticed that the views of the videos and photos have been going up so people are seeing this.

If you haven't joined and would like to or if you meant to join and haven't gotten around to it, go to click on to our Libertarians Abroad social media network.

Nonetheless, I will be needing to crowd source some of you and / or some others to help me build up the Libertarians Abroad website (http://www.LibertariansAbroad.org) which right now is quite barren. I am not rushing it because I want to do this right. So bring your ideas to the next meeting so we will have something to work on in the month to follow.

I look forward to our next meeting!

Oh, if you haven't RSVP'd yet, please take the opportunity to do so now.

In freedom,

Gary Dale Cearley
