If you can't win the argument, expel the person who did

   I have noticed before that one of the favorite tactics of those advocating unwarranted Federal power is to simply expel those who argue for strict constructionism from the argument, or even from the list or group on which the argument is taking place.

  This just happened again.    The moderator of 
[address removed], who hides behind the rather pompous nom de keyboard "Vivus Spartacus", became enraged when I proved him wrong in an argument over immigration.    So he expelled me from that Yahoo group (sinking to silly -- as in pseudo-Latin -- vulgarities while doing so).    Ironically, one of those siding with him in the argument itself was someone he had put on suspension (or was it "double-secret probation"?) a couple of years ago!
