Whether 2011 has been a piece of cake or a mud-pie for you, wouldn't it be great to create 2012 as your best year ever? You can! Join us to complete 2011 (even though the year's not quite over) and envision 2012 so you can step into your "new year/new you" right away!
Life&Soul Coach BARBARA SCHIFFMAN, C.Ht., ARCT, will lead us in a powerful and fun year-end "completion and creation process" she's been doing for over a dozen years. This process blends left-brain coaching tools and right-brain NLP processe. We'll briefly review 2011 to release anything we don't want to carry over into 2012 as well as mentally magnetize what we choose to do, be and have in the new year! So bring your memories of 2011 and your visions of 2012 triumphs-to-come -- as well as a favorite journal or notebook for your notes (or purchase a new one from Barbara for a small fee).
Also bring some potluck to share (like finger food appetizers, dips/veggies, cookies or brownies, non-alcoholic beverages). After we "complete" 2011, we'll want to celebrate -- and the best celebrations always include food!
