Staging and Search in Liferay's next release

This event will be really Liferay related as we are getting closer to our next release and there is some interesting outcome of our work and trainings. We'll have international visitors this week as well so the presentations will be in English.

Two presentations are scheduled for this event:

• Máté Thurzó (Staging Engineering Team Lead) will talk about the latest features of Staging which were developed in our office in Budapest. The Staging feature of Liferay Portal is a complex publishing tool built on the top of an export/import framework with capabilities to handle entity relationships, validations and remote publishing.

• Tibor Lipusz (Subject Matter Expert of Search) will have a short presentation about why we chose Elasticsearch as the default search engine in the next release of Liferay.

Both presentations would be 20 minutes long and we'll invite everyone to a discussion with pizza and beer / coffee / tea / etc.
