Positive Energy and Coloring (Optional) Party!

Facilitated by Christina Brittain, MFA, Energy Shifter, Uplifter!

$15 includes: Guided meditation to help you FEEL and KNOW that you and life are wonderful!; Positive, upbeat music accompanies your silent group time to color, journal and/or meditate. During that time, Chris will perform feel-good group energy healing; Then another guided meditation to help you integrate the healing, feelings and insights; And then a short, uplifting group exercise to close! Also includes free coloring pages with positive affirmations in them. Use these during the coloring optional section, or bring your own coloring book! The point of this class is to be bathed and surrounded in uplifting energy, and to remember not only that all is well, but it’s also fun! And that you can lighten up! Come soak your self in loving, life-affirming, SELF-affirming positive energy! Party hats welcome! :-) Literally!
