This is a face-to-face networking forum for LinkedIn business professionals in the bay area. Events will provide opportunities for members to learn and to exchange ideas about the latest trends in business, technologies, and current events. Regular panel discussions will be scheduled for rotating topics of interest, and so are happy hour and mixer events for networking opportunities.
What you must have to join:
1. A LinkedIn profile
2. The URL to your LinkedIn profile - please make sure your URL is working for public view. If you look on your profile box, there is a public view link to your profile.
3. A profile photo
Optional:
Connecting with other members is optional at your discretion. You may indicate in your profile if you are an open networker, which means you are open to link with everybody.
Please note:
1. Soliciting this group will result in termination of your membership and being banned to rejoin in the future.
2. To announce relevant news, events, tools, please submit a request to post on our message board.
3. If you do not post your LinkedIn URL or take it down after you are approved to join, you will be removed from the group.
4. You will be removed from the group after 3 strikes of no-shows and late RSVP changes (24 hours prior to the event), so you should reserve these for true emergency. This is a business networking group so we should respect the speakers/featured businesses and other attendees who are committed to the events.
*Do not afraid of commitment - this one doesn't lock you in an alimony and a child support... :)
I look forward to connecting with you.
Sincerely,
