Data to improve Lisbon's life - hackathon prep

This time, we hack Lisboa!

We have prepared 2 short talks to you to get us all in the mood for the Smart Open Lisboa hackathon. We partner with the guys from UX+Service design meetup ( https://www.meetup.com/Lisbon-UX-and-Service-Design/ ) and Beta-i ( http://beta-i.pt/ ). At the event, we can choose an idea we like to develop, team up and make it happen at the days of the hackathon.

1. Learn by example: explore what other smart cities have done - Ekaterina Stambolieva (with the great help of Diana Vieira Fernandes)
2. CANCELLED - Insights on open data and basic strategies in using it to improve the city's life - speaker to be announced
