DON'T JUST WATCH SCI-FI ON TV. LIVE THE ADVENTURES YOURSELF WITH LIVE ACTION ROLE PLAY (LARP).
Do you fancy travelling through the Stargate?
Have you wanted to save the planet from Cybermen or Daleks?
Live Action Role Playing, known as LARP, is stepping into a character's shoes and literally living the actions and consequences that they bring upon themselves. There's no computer consoles or tabletop gaming, this is as real an environment as we can make it - you're really out there fighting monsters and saving the world.
In movies and TV shows the heroes have to work their way through plots, dilemmas, and battles. So do we.
Live Action allows us to experience that same excitement as we take responsibility for our own decisions and try to survive dangerous and alien worlds.
You start the game as a character. You may be 2nd soldier from the left or something more complex with other skills (Scientist, Engineer, Doctor, Journalist, Politician the list is endless). Over the course of the game you and your team will have to figure out how to win the game through gathering information and making the right decisions. You could try "Five rounds Rapid" on any unpleasant characters you meet but that doesn't work on everyone.
As most Sci-Fi stories have guns (Stargate Star Wars Aliens etc) we use an advanced Laser Tag system to simulate combat.
We are a non profit fan group who have been running these games for fun for over 10 years.
For insurance reasons players should be over 18 years old.
