Raw food is so healthy! I have just recently started to hear about raw food and I would love to incorporate more raw foods into my diet!
nope, I just did the Engine 2 diet, which I know isn't raw but I felt really good when I ate better! I would like to see how amazing I can feel on a raw diet.
I have watched videos by Mimi Kirk on youtube and she is proof of the powers of eating a raw food diet. I love that raw food isn't destroyed by heating/cooking. I can't imagine all of the nutrients that I have been missing out on! I still need to find my favorite dish!
I think that so many people are living nutrient-starved lives and that they suffer in their daily mood because of it. I believe that if more people ate a vegan/raw diet there would be plenty of food to share with the starving people of the world.
