Let food be thy medicine. Raw lends best nutritional value in most cases. I stopped most caffeine except some green tea, and am trying to eliminate flour and sugar from my diet.
I've done a few juice fasts.
nutritional value and health benefits!!! Fav dish is quinoa with lots of raw minced veggies - the more colorful, the better. I am fairly new to raw.
If you don't have your health, you don't have much.
Juicing about one year, interested in raw/organic and meeting like-minded followers.
