See all- Are you ready to Live in Community?Needs location
Living Well Ecovillage offers a rare opportunity to join an established Intentional Community on 129 Acres in central North Carolina.
Living Well Ecovillage is focused on Sustainability, Health & Wellness, Honoring the Sacred and Service to the Community.
We're seeking Members who want to be part of a close Community with shared values and who join in the upkeep as well as the celebrations.
We are self-governed, and so far, manage most of the maintenance ourselves. Our Dues are only $500/YR, including road maintenance.
We seek Members with skills of all sorts. Some of our Members grow most of their own food. Gardeners are in high demand. The "Tree House" is now available at Living Well.
This premier 3 bd/3 bath Deltec Home opens to the forested conservation area that runs along the Deep River bordering our property. A "Rail Trail" runs along the bank and leads to town in both directions. A short bike ride or a 20 minute walk gets you to the library or town diner. An ancient fish weir and canoe launch are even closer. This home has a spacious great room and a master suite with a 6' jetted tub. The wraparound balcony gives you an up close view of the birds and the bees, the flowers and the trees. The lower lever offers a third bedroom and bath, as well as a kitchenette and a Spa Room with a built in dry sauna. A 2 car garage with workbench, opens to a large gravel driveway with a 10 x 12 storage shed. And a path to the river below.
If you are ready to live in Community Now, this is your chance.
