Traders, Decisions and Discipline - The Psychology of Trading
Many traders talk about the importance of discipline in trading, of being able to follow their strategy, and reducing mistakes and errors. Your emotions and how you feel can play a significant role in the execution of your trading strategy and how disciplined you are or not.
In this workshop Steve will;
• Demonstrate to you how your emotions and feelings influence your trading decisions and discipline
• Look at how emotions and feelings inform judgement, the limitations of ‘having a plan and trading the plan’, and the importance of developing a flexible response to outperform
• Tell you ‘must know’ information about the most effective way to work with your emotions and feelings and reduce their impact and increase your discipline
• Teach you simple to learn, effective practical strategies for managing your emotions more effectively, and also managing urges and impulses
• Introduce you to specific practical ‘mind fitness’ practices and strategies for enhancing your trading discipline
• Show you why managing how you feel physically is a key part of maintaining good trading discipline

About Anna Coulling
Anna Coulling is a best selling author on Amazon, with three books, and a self directed trader with over seventeen years experience. She began her own trading journey in the futures market, and considers herself extremely lucky to have started her career using volume and price. Volume price analysis has been the cornerstone of her trading success, and since those early days, has traded virtually every market, and every instrument. She now has the luxury of being able to educate and help other traders achieve their own success. This she does through her books on Amazon, her live webinars, and her trading software which has been developed with her husband David, who is also a full time trader. Anna is in constant demand around the world as a speaker, panelist or presenter, and writes daily market analysis on her personal site, and now podcasts on iTunes as well. She now focuses on the forex and commodity markets for her speculative trading, and has been featured by the CME explaining how the oil markets work. She is delighted and proud to be an expert contributor to FXStreet’s market analysis, and in addition has recently been invited to host the FXStreet MeetUp in London, where you can meet Anna in person, each month.
