Gong Fu Tea Ceremony is a beautiful and meditative ritual of preparing and drinking tea, taking it's roots from Dao, Zen and Buddhist traditions where tea is considered as a spiritual drink. We drink loose leaf tea from the old, naturally growing trees in the wild, rich in substances affecting our consciousness and the body. High quality tea induces a deep meditative state, philosophical and creative mindset, a feeling of contentment, freedom and openness to the mystical. During the ceremony we appreciate the beauty of here & now, indulge all our senses and contemplate on tea, it's setting, ourselves and our connection with nature. We connect with the spirit of the tea, and let ourselves flow in a timeless zone between heaven and earth.

With a heightened awareness and expanded consciousness after the ceremony we become more open to receive a deep gong sound experience.

Gong Bath is a shamanic sound healing session with gongs, singing bowls, other instruments and voice. The unique sounds put you automatically into a trance-like state, taking you to a journey, physical, visual or both. The body gets tuned to its optimal state of harmony. The sound bath removes blockages and toxins, cleanses negative energy and heals on many levels - physical, mental and spiritual. This is an ancient powerful tool that takes us to other dimensions of our consciousness, and sometimes allows us to reach spiritual euphoria and bliss. The sound healing process is ongoing and it lasts long after the sound session has finished.

Mats and blankets will be provided.

Suggested donation £18 (concessions £15)
