10th Machine Learning Meetup

Hope you're all enjoying a good summer! Thanks to one of our regulars Jedidiah Francis (https://twitter.com/jedidiahfrancis) and the kind folks at ASOS (http://www.asos.com/) the 10th machine learning meetup is on!

Noel Welsh (http://noelwelsh.com/) has kindly agreed to tell us about his latest machine learning adventures. Noel has worked on reinforcement learning and related topics from even before his PhD and most recently started Myna (https://mynaweb.com/), a product for web content optimisation that relies on bandit algorithms.
