Feeling unfit? Haven’t played for a while? New to Basketball? Want to learn new skills, keep fit, meet new people? and have fun?

London Soul Basketball sessions are new Basketball sessions set up specifically for Men & Women hoping to get back into the game of Basketball for fun, fitness or competitively.

Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or a super advance player, sessions will allow participants to either learn fundamentals or improve old ones by playing regularly with other players

Sessions run one day a week, but additional sessions will be available for those wanting to improve their skills, techniques or to play on the team.

What’s so different?

We’ve found that even though most male players tend to like a challenge on the court, they often lack the fitness attributes to play a full-length game, which can also sometimes lead to injuries.

Because of this, we feel it’s important to include fitness elements such as outside jogs, circuit training, Basketball focused fitness sessions, plus more.

We also play friendly games and include various other sports to encourage team play and increase fitness levels

All abilities welcome and qualified coaches will run all sessions
