Building iOS applications with Xamarin and C#

Building iOS applications with Xamarin and C#

Presented by: Jonathan Dick, Xamarin MVP

Leave your object-c behind, and let's build an iOS app in C#! We'll build a relatively simple app while learning to use Xamarin Studio, Storyboards, Interface Builder, Component Store, and more! This is a comprehensive, but not too difficult dive into how iOS fits into the C#/.NET developer's world!

I'm really hoping you'll choose a different day for a meeting sometime -- the first Thursday of every month conflicts with something else that I can't miss.

I will scheduling the next meeting for a Wednesday. I just need to schedule them at the beginning of the month. I also help out with the KW .NET user group at the end of month. So I need to make sure I time for both groups.

The dashboard for devmovement will be up in the New Year. Any app you publish now will be added to your points. Make sure to submit apps within the due date for the first devmovement challenge as well https://www.microsoft.....

If you need help make sure to contact myself or Atley Hunter (email: [masked]) who is the Nokia Windows Phone Ambassador for this area.

I think I managed, got it submitted for review. the app itself is a little underwhelming but when I couldn't find a replacement on the store I figured why not.
